[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1962.] [29th March, 1962.] An Act to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from an out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for a part of the year ending on the thirty-first clay of March, 1963. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1963; It is hereby enacted in the Thirteenth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 1962. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may be withdrawn sums not exceeding those specified in column 2 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees seventy-eight crores, twenty-eight lakhs and one thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1963.
