THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (VOTE ON 
ACCOUNT) ACT, 1958. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] 
[Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, 
Extrabrdinary, of the 18th March, 1958d

An Act to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for 
the service of a part of the financial year 1958-59. 
WITEREAS it is expedient to prokide for the withdrawal of 
certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West 
Bengal for the service of a part of the financial year 1958-59; 
It; is hereby enacted in the Ninth Year of the Republic 
of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :- 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- ah ert  
tion (Vote on Account) Act, 1958. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West with-
Bengal there may be withdrawn sums not exceeding those drawn' of 
specified in column 2 of the Schedule amounting h.' the  T3 E4,09,28,000 aggregate, to the sum of fifty-three crores, nine lakhs ant frej, mod 
twenty-eight thousand rupees towards defraying the several out of the 
charges which will come in course of payment during the Conedli:
