THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT, 1969. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] 
[Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta 
Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 23rd August, 1969.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain 
further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of 
West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year 
ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1970. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise pay/lent and 
appropriation of certain further sums from and . out of the 
Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and 
purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 
1970; 
It is hereby enacted in . the Twentieth Year of th e  
Republic, of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as 
follows 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short title. 
lion (No. 2) Act, 1969. 
2. In addition to the sum of one hundred and twenty- Issue of 
three crores, eighty-one lakhs and eighty thousand rupees R94s:823:01006  
authorised to be withdrawn and appropriated under the out of the 
West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 1969, Consoli-
