THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (NO. 2) ACT, 
1967. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] 
[Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, 
Extraordinary, of the 8th August 1967.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further 
sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal 
for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-
first day of March, 1968. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appro-
priation. of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated 
Fund,of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year 
ending on the thrity-first day of March, 1968; 
It is hereby enacted in the Eighteenth Year of the Republic 
of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal AppropriationShort title. 
(No. 2) Act, 1967. 
2. In addition to the sum of one hundred and nine crores, Issue of 
two lakhs and forty-three thousand rupees authorised to be with- Rs. 2,59, 
West Ben. drawn and appropriated under the West Bengal Appropriation 34,00,000 
Act I of 	 (Vote on Account) Act, 1967, there may be paid and applied from outcon soofi i..the 
1987. and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal, sums not exceeding dated Fund 
those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the Ben s  for aggregate to the sum of rupees two hundred and fifty-nine crores hga
