West Bengal Act VIII of 1966 
THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1966. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] 
[Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta 
Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1966.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain 
sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of 
West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year 
ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1967. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and 
appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consoli-
dated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes 
of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1967; 
It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the 
Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as 
follows :- 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short 
tion Act, 1966. 	 title. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Issue of 
Bengal, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding Rs.4,79.48, 
the aggregate to the sum of rupees four hundred and in I:)°°°±.
