To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to 
the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of 
March 20244 
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Fourth year of the 
Republic of India as follows.

I 	 This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No ',* 2) 
Act, 2023. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of 
Nagaland there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding 
those specified in column (5) of the Schedule amounting in 
the aggregate to the sum of 1 23085,6,33,000/- (Rupees 
twenty three thousand eighty five crore sixty six lakh 
thirty three thousand only) towards defraying the several 
charges which will come in course of payment during the 
year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2024 in respect 
of services specified in column (t) of the Schedule. 
Appropriation 
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of 
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act 
shall be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed 
in the Schedule in relation to the year ending nn the thirty , 
First day of March, 20244
