Appropriation 
An 
Act 
To authorise payment and appropriation of Certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fond of the State of Nagaland to 
the services of th e  year ending on the thirty first day of 
March. 2021. 
it is hereby enacted in the Seventy first Year of the Republic 
of India as follows. 
1. This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. 2) 
Act, 2020. 
2. From and out of the Co nsolidated Fund of the State 01 
Nagaland there may he paid and applied sums not exceeding 
those pecifled in Column (4) of the Schedule amounting in 
the aggregate to the  sum of It 21068,8519,000h' (Rupees 
twenty one thousand sixty eight crore eighty five Iakh 
nineteen thousand only) towards defraying the several 
charges which will come in Course of payment during the 
year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2021 in respect 
of services specified in Colum' (5) of the Schedule. 
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of 
the  Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act 
shall be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed
