An Act 
To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to 
the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of 
March. 2023. 
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Third year of the Republic 
of India is follows. 
Appropriation 
1. This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. 2) 
Act, 2022. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of 
Nagaland there may he paid and applied sums not exceeding 
those specified in column (5) of the Schedule amounting in 
the aggregate to the sum of Z 24239,49,96,000/- (Rupees 
twenty four thousand two hundred thirty nine crete forty 
nine Lakh ninety six thousand on))) towards defraying the 
several charges which will come in course of payment during 
the year ending on the thirty first day of March. 2023 in 
respect. of services specified in column (I). at' the Schedule. 
3. The sums authurised to be paid and applied from and out of 
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act 
shall be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed 
in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty 
first da of March. 2023.
