An
Act
To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State ofNagaland to
the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of
March, 2025.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Fifth year of the Republic
of India as follows.
I. This Act may be called the Naga land Appropriation (No. 2)
Act, 2024.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of
Nagaland there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding
those speci6ed in column (5) of the Schedule amounting in
the aggregate to the sum of t 23727,87,11,000/- (Rupees
twenty three thousand seven hundred twenty seven crore
eighty seven lakh eleven thousand only) towards defraying
the several charges which will come in course of payment
during the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2025
in respect of services specified in column (1) of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act
shall be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed
in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty
first day of March, 2025.
