Act 
To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to 
the services of the year ending on the thitly first day of 
March. 2020. 
It is hereby enacted in the Seeruieth Year of the Republic of 
India as follows. 
Appropriation 
1. This Act may he called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. 2) 
Act, 2019. 
2. Front and cut of the Consolidated Fund of the State of 
Nagaland there may he paid and applied sums not exceeding 
those specified in Column (4) of the Schedule amounting in 
the aggregate to the sum of T 18026,10,88,000f- (Rupees 
eighteen thousand twenty six crore ten lakh eighty eight 
thousand only) towards de&aying the several charges which 
will come in Course o payment during the 'ear ending on the 
thirty first day of .\larch. 2020 	 in respect of services 
Specified in Column (3) of the Schedule. 
3. The sums authorised to he paid and applied front and out ef

shall be appropriated for the set -ices and purpose expressed 
in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thin>
