No-LAW/BILL/6-15/2018 :::: The Nagaland Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2018 (Act No, 4 of 2018) duly assented by the Hon'ble Governor of Nagaland is published herewith for general information. SdI- JMTIAKUM Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of Nagaland. AN ACT To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of March. 2019. It is hereby enacted in the Sixty Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows, I. This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2018. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in Column (4) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of T 18315,76,26,000/- (Rupees eighteen thousand three hundred fifteen crore seventy six lakh twenty six thousand only) towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty first day of March. 2019 in respect of services specified in Column (I) of the Schedule. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2019.
