An Act 
To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to 
the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 
2022. 
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Third year of the Republic of 
India as ibibws. 
Short Title and 
	 1. This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. 1) 
Commencement 	 Act, 2022. 
Withdrawal of

(Rupees b%o thousand

crore twenlv seven 
thousand only) 
from and out of the 
Consolidated Fund of 
the State of Nagaland 
for Financial Year 
2021-22. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated fund of the State of 
Nagaland there may be paid and applied furthe- sums not 
exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule 
amounting in thc aggregate to the sum of 
2805,09 127,000,- (Rupees two thousand eight hundred 
rive crore twenty seven thousand only) towards defraying 
the several char.cs which will come in course of payment 
during the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2022 
in tepeci of services specified in column (1) of the Schedule. 
Appropriation 	 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of 
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act 
shall be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed 
in the Schedule in relation to tbe year ending on the thirty first 
day of March, 2022.
