An
Act
To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to
the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of
March, 2021.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy first year of the Republic of
India as follows.
1. This Act njav, b ailed the Nagaland Appropriation (No. I)
Act, 2020.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of
Nagaland there may he paid and applied further sums not
exceeding those specified in the Schedule amounting in the
aggregate to the sum of 4469,2296,O00/- (Rupees four
thousand four hundred sixty nine erure twenty two laIh
ninety six thousand only) towards defraying the several
charges which will come in course of payment during the year
ending on the thirty first day of March. 2020 in respect of
services specified in Column (5) of the Schedule
The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act
shall he appropriated for the services and purpose expressed
in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty first
day of March. 2020.
