To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland to 
the services of the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 
2023. 
It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Fourth year of the Republic 
of India as follows. 
Short Title and 
	 1. This Act may be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. J) 
Commencement 
	 Ad, 2023. 
Withdrawal of 
1852,98 980,0001 - 
(Rupees one thousand 
eight hundred fifty 
two crore ninety eight 
takh eighty thousand 
only) from and out 
of the Consolidated 
Fund of the State of 
Nagaland for Financial 
Year 2022-23.. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of 
Nagaland there may be paid and applied further sums not 
exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule 
amounting in the aggregate to the sum *tT 1852,98,80,000/-
(Rupees one thousand eight hundred fifty two crore ninety 
eight lakh eighty thousand only) towards defraying the 
several charges which will conic in course of payment during 
the year ending on the thirty first day of March, 2023 in 
respect of services specified in column (1) of the Schedule. 
Appropriation 	 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of 
the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland by this Act 
shall be appropriated for the services and purpose expressed 
in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty first 
day of March, 2023.
