THE C HHATTIS CARH APPROPRI ATION ( o. 4) ACT, 20 17 
An Act to authorise payment and approp riation of certain further sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisga rh for the se rvices of the 
Financial Year 20 17-20 18. 
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty- eighth Year of 
the Republic of India, as follows:-

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 4) Act, 20 17. 
From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh, there may be paid 
and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule, 
including the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule of the Chhattisgarh 
Appropriat ion Act, 2017, amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Two thousand 
one hundred one crore fifty four lakhs seventy seven thousand one hundred rupees 
towards defraying the several charges which~, ill come in the course of payment 
during the tinancial year 20 I 7-20 I 8 in respect of services and purposes speci tied 
in column (2) of the Schedule. 
The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of 
the State of Chhanisgarh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and 
purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said financial year.
