THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 3) ACT, 
1951. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] 
[Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, 
Extraordinary, of the 27th October, 1951.] 
An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain 
further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of 
West Bengal to the service of the year ending on the 
thirty-first day of March, 1952. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appro-
priation of certain further sums from and out of the Con-
solidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the year 
ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1952; 
It is hereby enacted as follows :- 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria-
tion (No. 3) Act, 1951. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West 
Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding 
those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the 
aggregate to the sum of Rupees thirty-six lakhs sixty-seven 
thousand and one towards defraying the several charges which 
will come in course of payment during the year ending on 
the thirty-first day of March, 1952, in respect of the services 
specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
