THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION 
(No.2) ACT, 1975. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature. ]

Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1975.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums 
from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services 
and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1975. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of 
certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal 
for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of 
March, 1975; 
It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, 
by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (No. 2) Short title. 
Act, 1975. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there issue of 
may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 oRti boint932,794  
of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees one Consolidated 
hundred fifty-two crores nineteen laldis thirty-two thousand seven hundred Fund of West 
and ninety-four towards defraying the several charges which will come rheenygeaa t 
year

in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of 1974-75. 
March, 1975, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 
2 of the Schedule. 
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria-
Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for ton-
the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the 
year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1975.
