[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1966.] [29th March, 1966] An, Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from, and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1966. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1966 ; It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short tion (No. 2) Act, 1966. title. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in. column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees sixty-nine crores, ten lakhs, seventy-nine thousand and nine hundred and forty- three towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1966, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Issue of Rupees 69,10,79,943 out of the Consoli- dated Fund of West Bengal for the year 1965-68. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from Appro. and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this priation. Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1966. Price—Indian, 20P. Total.
