THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION 
(VOTE ON ACCOUNT) ACT, 1987. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature. 
Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, 
Extraordinary, of the 30th March, 1987.]

An A ct to authorise payment and appropriation of certain stuns from and 
out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and 
purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 
1988. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of 
certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the 
services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of 
March, 1988; 
It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, 
by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Short title. 
Account) Act. 1987. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of Rs. 
be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the 	 15.14,38.36,  o Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees one thousand the
w out of 
 
live hundred and fourteen crones thirty-eight lakhs and thirty-six thousand Consoli- 
dated Fund towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of of West 
payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1988, in Bengal for  the ear respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 	 1987

3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropria-
Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be appropriated for lion. 
the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the
