NOTIFICATION 
The Governor, Tripura in exercise of powers conferred under Section 22 of “The 
Rights of Persons , with Disabilities Act, 2016” hereby designates the following officers as the 
competent authorities inspect records in respect of persons with disabilities in relation to 
the matter of employment, facilities provided and other necessary information in 
compliance with the provisions of the Act and in the form and manner as prescribed under Rule 
9 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017. 
i. The Director, Social Welfare and Social Education Department, and 
ii. Deputy Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in Social Welfare and 
Social Education Department. 
This shalt come into force with immediate effect.
