Beit enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title. — This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Repeal Act, 2021. 2. Repeal of Tamil Nadu Act 37 of 2019. — The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract F arming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019, is hereby repealed.
