ACT No.14 OF 2011

An Act to repeal the Tamil Nadu Tamil New Year (Declaration) Act, 2008.  
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu In  the Sixty-second Year 
of the Republic of India as follows:- 
 
1. Short title and commencement. — (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Tamil New 
Year (Declaration) Repeal Act, 2011.  
   (2) It shall come into force at once. 
 
2. Repeal. — The Tamil Nadu Tamil New Year (Declaration) Act , 2008 (Tamil Nadu Act 2 of 
2008) is hereby repealed.
