of India, the Governor is pleased to authorise the publication in the Rajasthan Gazette of the
following tra nslation in the English language of the Rajasthan Viniyog (Sankhya 1)
Adhiniyam, 2024 (2024 Ka Adhiniyam Sankhyank 2):-

THE RAJASTHAN APPROPRIATION (NO. 1) ACT, 2024
(Act No. 2 of 2024)
(Received the assent of the Governor on the 23rd day of February, 2024)
An
Act
to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the financial year 2023-2024.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislatur e in the Seventy -fifth Year of the
Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropriation (No. 1) Act, 2024.
2. Issue of Rs. 9,31,67,19,83,000/ – out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for
the financial yea r 2023 -2024.- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State there
may be paid and applied the sums not exceeding those specified in Column 2 of the Schedule
and amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs. 9,31,67,19,83,000/ – (Rupees Ninety
Three thousand One hundred Sixty Seven crore Nineteen lakh Eighty Three thousand ) only
towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the
financial year 2023-2024 in respect of the services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule.

3. Appropriation.- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
