No. F . 2 (4) Vidhi/2/2023. - In pursuance of clause (3) of article 348 of the
Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to authorise the publication in the
Rajasthan Gazette of the following translation in the English language of Rajasthan
Viniyog (Sankhya 1) Adhiniyam, 2023 (2023 Ka Adhiniyam Sankhyank 4):-

THE RAJASTHAN APPROPRIATION (NO. 1) ACT, 2023
(Act No. 4 of 2023)
(Received the assent of the Governor on the 3rd day of March, 2023)
An
Act
to authorise payment and a ppropriation of certain further sums from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the financial year 2022-2023.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Seventy -fourth Year of
the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title. - This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropriation (No. 1)
Act, 2023.
2. Issue of Rs. 4,83,32,27,03,000/– out of the Consolidated Fund of the State
for the financial year 2022 -2023.- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the
State there may be paid and applied the sums not exceeding those specified in Column
2 of the Schedule and amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs.
4,83,32,27,03,000/– (Rupees Forty Eight thousand Three Hundred Thirty Two crore
Twenty Seven lakh Three thousand) only towards defraying the several charges which
will come in course of payment during the financial year 2022 -2023 in respect of the
services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule.
3. Appropriation.- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out
of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services
and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
