No. F. 2(25)Vidhi/2/2022. - In pursuance of Clause (3) of Article 348 of the
Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to authorise the publication in the Rajasthan
Gazette of the fol lowing translation in the English language of the Rajasthan Viniyog
(Sankhya 3) Adhiniyam, 2022 (2022 Ka Adhiniyam Sankhyank 12):-

THE RAJASTHAN APPROPRIATION (NO. 3) ACT, 2022
(Act No. 12 of 2022)
(Received the assent of the Governor on the 14th day of October, 2022)
An
Act
to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the financial year 2022-2023.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State L egislature in the Seventy -third Year of the
Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2022.
2. Issue of Rs. 44,02,12,18,000/ – out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the
financial year 2022-2023.- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State there may be
paid and applied the sums not exceeding those specified in Column 2 of the Sched ule and
amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs. 44,02,12,18,000/– (Rupees Four thousand
Four hundred Two crore Twelve lakh Eighteen thousand) only towards defraying the several
charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2 022-2023 in respect
of the services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule.
3. Appropriation.- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
