AN ACT TO REPEAL THE ORISSA MOTOR SPIRIT (TAXATION ON SALES)

E it by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the
Twenty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:—
1. (1) This Act may be calledthe OrissaMotor Spirit (Taxation on
Sales) Repeai Act, 1977.
(2) It shall come into on such date as the State Government
may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
