To authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagaland 10 
the servkes of the year ending on the thirty first day of 'vIarch. 
2018. 
It is hereby enacted in the Sixty Ninth year.of the Republic of 
India as follows.

I. This Act rn' be called the Nagaland Appropriation (No. I 
Act, 2018. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of 
Nagaland there may be paid and applied further sumS not 
exceeding those specified in the SchdUIC amounting in the 
aggregate to the sum of 	 2014,4833.000 1  (Rupees rwo 
thonSafid sttvenly four crore forty eight lakh thirty three 
thousand only) towards defraying the several charges which 
will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 
thirty first day of March, 2018 in respect of services specified 
in Column (4) of the Schedule. 
3. The SUmS authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the 
Consolidated Fund of the State of Nagalfld by this Act shall be 
appropriated for the services and purpose expressed in the 
Schedule in relation to the year ending on the thirty first day of 
March, 2018.
