1 [11B. Power to remove difficulties.-- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act or any scheme framed thereunder the Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, make such provision or give such direction not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act, as it appears to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.]Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
