LexSection 18 — Acts and proceedings not to be invalidated by vacancies, etc.
The Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Act, 1962
No act of the Sammelan, or of the Governing Body, or of any other body set up under the rules made in this behalf shall be invalid merely by reason of-- (a) any vacancy therein, or defect in the constitution thereof, or (b) any defect in the election, nomination or appointment of a person acting as a member thereof, or (c) any irregularity in its procedure not affecting the merits of the case.Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
