THE . WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION ACT, 1958. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] 
[Assent of the Gcrrernor  was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, 
Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1958.1

to authorise payment and appropriation of certain 
further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of 
West Bengal for the service of the year ending on the 
thirty-first day of March, 1958. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and 
appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the 
Consolidated Fund of West Bengal f or the service of the 
year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1958; 
It is hereby enacted in the Ninth Year of the Republic 
of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 
1.. This Act may be -  called the West Bengal Sh ort thi s, Appropriation Act, 1958 .  
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Issue of Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding uR,72.1.77.74-1  - 
those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in out of the 
the aggregate to the sum of rupees fifteen crone, twenty-one Ounsaida ,  laths, seventy-seven thousand and seven hundred and one 7we Fund 
inwards defraying e several charges which will come in 	 k r  course of payment &sin g  Mu year ending on the thirty-first the year 
day of March, 1958, in rep of of the services specified in - 195958. column 2 of the Schedule. 
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied From Appropria. 	 _ 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this saa. 
Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposps 
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on 
the thirty-first day of March, 1968.
