2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West
Benoal there may be wi thdrawn sums not exceedino those
specified in co.hmm 2 of the Schedule a_mounting '\ n the
aggregate to the sum of fifty-one crores, s1xty-t o lakhs and
sixteen thousand rupees towa rds defraying the several
