THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT, 
1950. 
[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] 
[Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 1st November, 1950.] 
An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain 
further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund 
of West Bengal to the service of the year ending on 
the thirty-first day of March, 1951. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and 
appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the 
Consolidated Fund of West Bengal to the service of the 
year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1.951; 
It is hereby enacted as follows : — 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appro- Short title. priation (No. 2) Act, 1950. 
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Issue of Rs. 
Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding 3,93,89,00r 
those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amountinfr the Con-
y"in out of 
the aggregate to the sum of Rupees three crores ninetthree solidated 
lakhs eighty-nine thousand and one towards defraying the Fund es  of 
several charges which will come in course of payment Wt  
during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, Bengal for  
950 
 ea 1951, in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the 	 -51r. Schedule. 
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from Appropria- 
and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this tion. 
Act shall be appropriated for the services anal purposes 
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the year ending on 
the thirty-first day of March, 1951.
