An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain 
further semis from and out of the Consolidated Fund 
of TV e3t Bengal for the services and purposes of  
the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 
1963. 
WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and 
appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the 
Consolidated. Fund of West Bengal for the services and 
purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March,-
1963; 
It is hereby enacted in the Thirteenth Year of the 
Republic of India, by the 'Legislature of West Bengal, as 
follows : — 
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Short title.

2. In addition to the sum of seventy-eight crores, 
twenty-eight lakhs and one thousand rupees authorised to be 
withdrawn and appropriated under the West Bengal Appro-
priation (Vote on Account) Act, 1962, there may be paid and 
applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West 
Bengal, sums not - exceeding those specified in column 3 of 
the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees 
one hundred and ten crores, sixty-nine lakhs, ninety-four 
thousand and one towards defraying the several charges 
which will come in course of payment during the year ending 
on the thirty-first day, of March, 1963, in respect of the 
services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
