[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Asgent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 28th March, 1984.] [28th March, 1984.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1985. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1985; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-fifth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:- 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Short le. Account) Act, 1984. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of Rs. be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the 5,56,67,23,000 out of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees five hundred and ed Consoli- da fifty-six crores sixty-seven lakhs and twenty-three thousand towards of West Fund defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during Bengal for the year the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1985, in respect of the 1984-85. services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3.
