Consequent upon bifurcation and creation of new Districts and in exercise of the powers
conferred under S ection 8 of the Protection of Wo men fro m Do mestic Violen ce Act, 2005, th e
State Government is hereby designate the following DISEs/ Programme Officers as Protection
Officers for all districts of Tripura to exercise their functions within the areas as specified
herein below: -
