ACT
to provide torappointment of Members ol the State Legislative Assembly to diflerent organizations,bodies, institutions or authorlties
_ Be it enacted by the Legistature ol Sikkim in lhe Filty -Seventh year of the Ftepubtjc of tndia asfollows;-
'I (1)This Aci may be ca ed the Sikkim State Legistators,Appointment to DiflerentAuthorities Act, 2006.
(2) lt shall be deerned to have come into force on the 2.j s, day of lvay,2OO4.

Validatlon of all 4 All appointment ol Legislators made to diflerent authorities shall always be
appointment ot deemed to have been made under,this Act.
