No. F. 2 (8) Vidhi/2/2021. - In pursuance of clause (3) of article 348 of the
Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to authorise the publication in the
Rajasthan Gazette of the following translation in the English language of Rajasthan
Viniyog (Sankhya 1) Adhiniyam, 2021 (2021 Ka Adhiniyam Sankhyank 1):-

THE RAJASTHAN APPROPRIATION (NO. 1) ACT, 2021
(Act No. 1 of 2021)
(Received the assent of the Governor on the 9th day of March, 2021)
An
Act
to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of
the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the financial year 2020 -
2021.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Seventy -second
Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title .- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropriation (No.
1) Act, 2021.

2. Issue of Rs. 3,62,53,95,88,000/ – out of the Consolidated Fund of
the State for the financial year 2020 -2021.- From and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State there may be paid and applied the sums not
exceeding those specified in Column 2 of the Schedule and amounting in the
aggregate to the sums of Rs. 3,62,53,95,88,000/– (Rupees Thirty Six
thousand Two hun dred Fifty Three crore Ninty Five lakh Eighty Eight
thousand) only towards defraying the several charges which will come in
course of payment during the financial year 2020 -2021 in respect of the
services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule.
3. Appropri ation.- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from
and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated
for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said
year.
