to provide for tne repeal of the Rajas! han Urbati Property
(Restriction of Transfer) Act, .1973.
Be it enac tee! by the Rajasthan State Legislature in
the Twenty-ninth Year of the REpublic of India as follows:-
1. Shari title and f'Olnmencement.-(l) This Act
may be called the Rajasthan Jrban Property (Restriction of
Transfer) Repeal Act. 1978.
(~) 11shall corr.e into f rce at once.
2. Repeal of ;q,a.jasthar Act 6 of 1973.-The Rajasthan
Urban Property (Restriction 0:Transfer) Act, 1973 (Rajasthan
Act 6 of 1973) is hereby repealer'
