THE RAJASTHAN SPECIAL COURTS (REPEAL) ACT, 2020

(Received the assent of the Governor on the 11th day of September, 2020)

to repeal the Rajasthan Special Courts Act, 2012. 
 
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Seventy-first Year of the Republic of 
India, as follows:-  
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Special 
Courts (Repeal) Act, 2020.  
(2) It shall come into force at once.  
2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 38 of 2012.- The Rajasthan Special Courts Act, 2012 (Act 
No. 38 of 2012) is hereby repealed.
