THE RAJASTHAN SAGRI SYSTEM ABOLITION (REPEAL) ACT, 1976

Act 
to repeal the Rajasthan Sagri System Abolition Act, 1961. 
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Twenty-sixth Year of 
the Republic of India as follows:-  
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Sagri System Abolition 
(Repeal) Act, 1976.  
2. Repeal of Rajasthan  Act 40 of 1961.- The Rajasthan Sagri System 
Abolition Act, 1961 (Rajasthan Act 40 of 1961) as amended by the Rajasthan Sagri 
System Abolition (Amendment) Ordinance, 1975 ( Rajasthan Ordinance No. 11 of 
1975) is hereby repealed.
