to repeal the Rajasthan Commercial Crops Cess Act, 1969. 
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic 
of India, as follows:- 
1. Short title . - This Act may be called the Rajasthan Commercial Crops Cess (Repeal) 
Act, 1972. 
2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act 9 of 19 69. - The Rajasthan Com mercial Crops Cess Act, 
1969 (Rajasthan Act 9 of 1969) is hereby repealed.
