No. 7530 —4Fy.-M-08/2007-F.A.R.D.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a)  of
Section 3 of the Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1982 (Orissa Act 10 of 1982), the State
Government do hereby authorise the following officers of Government belonging to Group ‘C’ in
Forest & Environment Department and Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department
to exercise the powers conferred on  and discharge the duties imposed upon them under the said
Act, in the areas specified against each :—
