of the Sub-Registrar under the belief that he had been duly appointed under section 12 
of that Act to be the Sub-Registm during the period of such absence, shall for all in- 
tents and purposes, be deemed to have been validly made, and no document so registered 
shall be died in question in ay Court of Law me& on the ground that the said Head 
Clerk had not been duly appo~nted to be the Sub-Registrar as aforesaid.
