The provide for extension of he State Financial Corporation Act, 1951(63 of 
195 1) to the State ofNagaland. 
It is hereby enacted in the Fifty second year of the Republic of India as 
follows:- 
Title and commencement l. (1) This Act may be called the State Financial 
Corporation (Extension of Nagaland) Act, 
2002 
(2) It shall come to force on such date as the State 
Government may, by notification in the 
Official Gazette, appoint. 
Extension ofAct 63 of 1951 2. The State Financial Corporation Act, 1951 is 
hereby extended and shall be in force in the 
State of Nagal and.
