, Governor of Manipur on September 9, 2021 is hereby published in the Official Gazette: 
THE MANIPUR LEGISLATURE (REMOVAL OF DISQUALIFICATIONS) (SIXTH 
AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021 
(MANIPUR ACT NO. 18 OF 2021) 
AN 
ACT 
further to amend the Manipur Legislature (Removal of Disqualifications) Act, 
1972 (Manipur Act No. 2 of 1973). f 
BE it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Seventy-second Year of the 
Republic of India as follows :- 
1. (1) This Act may be called the Manipur Legislature (Removal of Short title 
Disqualifications) (Sixth Amendment) Act, 2021. and 
commence- 
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official ent, 
Gazette. 
20f1973 2, In clause (b) of section 2 of the Manipur: Legislature (Removal of Amendment 
Disqualifications) Act, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), coma of section 2. 
and the word “Authority” shall be inserted between the words “Board” and “or”. 
Amendment ~. In sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Principal Act,- 
of section 3. (1) in clause (a), for the words “State Planning Board, Manipur”, the words 
“Manipur State Planning Authority” si ill be substituted.

(2) in clause (k), the words “or Deputy Chairman” shall be inserted between

the words “Vice-Chairman” and “or”. 
(3) for sub-clause (xIti) of clause (k), the following shall be substituted, 
namely,- 
“(xlii) the Manipur State Planning Authority constituted under the Manipur 
17 of 2021 State Planning Authority Act, 2021;”. -
