(ii) for sub-section (3), the foliowing she}! be substituted,namely.—
“(30 The State Government may appoint an Assistant Execufiva
Oficer to assist the Executive Officer on the
recommendation of the Manipur Public Service
Commission:
Provided that for the appointment of Assistant
Executive Officer of a Nagar Panchayat or Council, as the
case may be, the requisition to 'the Manipur Public ServiceCommission shall be made by the State Government”.
