as extended to the State of Manipur.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:β€”
1. (1) This Act may be called the Assam Amusements and 51β€œ," titleBetting Tax (Manipur Second Amendment) Act, 1981. md. . m0.-(2) It shall come mto force at once. meal.
2. In section 3 of the Assam Amusements and Betting Tax AmendmentAct, 1939, after clause (iii) of sub-sectx'on (1), the following new of mien 3,sub-section shall be inserted, namely:β€”
β€œ(1)A. Cess or surcharge of twenty paise per ticket inaddition to the entertainment tax shall be levied”.
