No. F-03-02-2011-XIII.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 12
of the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Shulk Adhiniyam, 2012 (No. 17· of 2012), the State Government,
hereby makes the following amendment in the Schedule to the said Act, the same having been
published as previous notice in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette dated 24th June, 2016, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said Act, in the Schedule, in Part-A, in column (4), against serial number 4, for the
figure "9", the figure "12" snail be substituted.
