An Act to repeal the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Pradaya Upakram (Arjan) Adhiniyam, 1974.
Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the seventieth year of the Republic of
India as follows:-
Short title.
Repeal of
enactment.
I. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Pradaya Upakram (Arjan) Nirsnn
Adhiniyam, 2019.
2. The Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Pradaya Upakram (Arjan) Adhiniyam 1974 (No. 38 of 1974)
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
