Notification 
The 9th March, 2016 
No. G.S.R. 8/Const./ Art. 309/2016.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of 
the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana 
Fisheries Department, State Service Group A Rules, 1980, namely: - 
1. These rules my be called the Haryana Fisheries Department, State Service Group A (Amendment) Rules, 2016. 
2. In the Haryana Fisheries Department, State Service Group A Rules, 1980 (hereinafter called that said rules), in 
rule 9, for Clause (b), the following Clause shall substituted, namely:— 
“(b) in case of Joint Director Fisheries, by promotion from amongst the Deputy Director Fisheries, Deputy 
Director Fisheries (Hatchery), Deputy Director Fisheries (Statistics), District Fisheries Officer, 
Fisheries Farm Manager, Fisheries Research Officer.”. 
3. In the said rules, for Apendix B, the following Appendix shall be substituted, namely:—
